Starting at $150 USD for simple designs, $225+ USD for complex designs (very simple designs may incur a lesser fee, minimum $75 USD)

Full conceptual design process to create a custom creature character for the client resulting in a full body design and custom NSFW detail (upon request) as well as a package of rough concept work (upon request).

This commission type may be eligible for a rush fee on a case by case basis depending on the complexity of the design request.

$50 USD for 1 | $95 USD for 2 (A square headshot icon of your character with a simple background that coordinates with their design.)

Static pixel pagedoll: $85 USD (a .png pixel pagedoll)

Animated pixel pagedoll: $100 USD (a .gif looped animation such as floating, sparkles, bubbles, etc)

This commission type is eligible for a rush fee.

Sketch: $85 USD (A cleanly sketched bust filled in grey, flats, or other specified gradient colour, will include minimal shading.)

Cell-shaded: $120+ USD (A fully rendered bust of your character, full colour and cell shaded.)

Painted: $180+ USD (A fully rendered bust of your character, full colour and rendered in a soft painted style.)

This commission type is eligible for a rush fee.

$55 USD/hour: (This is for anything not listed above. Illustrative full-body pieces, different art styles, funky stuff.)

This commission type may be eligible for a rush fee on a case by case basis depending on the complexity of the design request.

Please fill out commission forms/requests in a clear and concise manner, this allows me to process your request sooner should I accept it.

Please send your reference files in an organized manner (ex. labeled, like things filed together, etc.), again, this makes my job much easier and I can begin working sooner.

Commission forms requesting anything that is on my WILL NOT draw list will be intentionally ignored and the user will be blacklisted.

All commission prices are non-negotiable and reflect a livable wage as well as my education, professional experience, and skill level.

I do not work with minors under any circumstances and will liberally block those that attempt to commission me, purchase my designs, or obtain free art/designs via raffles/giveaways. I do vet prospective clients.

Commissions under $150 USD must be paid upfront, NO EXCEPTIONS. I will not begin work until I have received payment.

Commissions over $150 USD may be paid after an approval sketch has been sent to the client.

I accept payment through PayPal or Kofi in USD ONLY. (Kofi is highly preferable).

I provide invoices for all commissioned artworks upon request.

Please do not send me a payment unless I have replied to you via email regarding your commission form and have sent you an invoice/payment link.

You have two days from the date I approve your commission request to provide payment in full unless we have discussed an alternative arrangement.

I offer payment plans for commissions/design sales totaling $300 or more. These sums require a non-refundable deposit of at least 50% of the total commission cost. Alternatively, commissions/design sales designs sales totaling $600+ may be paid in up to 6 installments.

Chargebacks for completed work will result in immediate blacklisting; they will be disputed and if needed, further legal action will apply.

The total time slot for your commission to be completed is up to 1 week - 12 months. While it very often does not take this length of time, I must provide this total time due to: burnout, mental health, personal life, and the overall complexity of the commission request.

Any change in the completion date of your commission will be forwarded to you immediately.

I will contact you for your opinion and revisions at two points in the commission process: once after the initial sketch is completed and once after the flat colours are completed. Any revisions in excess after this point will cost extra.

The exception to the above is during commissions/contracts relying heavily on conceptual design workflows and custom creature designs, The Client will receive many updates and be asked for feedback often throughout this process.

Please be aware that only minor changes can be made to a completed piece of artwork.

Minor changes that I will fix for free are: colour, shading, small details, small accessories or outfit details, etc.

If you do not send me clear references or specify your needs in your notes to me, I will charge for minor changes.

If I have to seriously alter a finished commission to add changes (adding an outfit or eliminating one, changing the entire body texture, major environmental changes, etc.), I will charge an additional fee up to 50% of the original commission price.

PLEASE be very clear in your notes to me, I do not want to charge you for minor changes to a commission.

The Artist, (Valkyrie), reserves the right to cancel your commission or payment at any time.

The commissioner may NOT cancel payment or demand a refund AFTER payment has been sent and received by the artist and work has commenced.

If for any reason I cannot complete your commission (mental health/burnout, I feel I’ve taken too long, general life interruptions, etc), I will always offer a refund regardless of whether PayPal’s refund period has expired.

If you cancel a commission during the commission process, your rights to anything I have created for you will be void and I will repurpose or sell the usage rights to another party (referring to sketches, poses, scene composition, etc, not The Client's own characters).

If you cancel a commission during the commission process without reason, be aware that there is a chance I will not work with you again, this decision is made on a case by case basis.

If you cancel a commission during the commission process without reason, you will be refunded 50% of the commission cost. The remaining 50% will be retained by me as an inconvenience fee.
